Yields: 30 balls
2 cups gluten-free old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened sunflower-seed butter
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1/4 chia seeds*
1/2 hemp seeds*
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl very well.
Using a tablespoon scoop out batter and roll it into 30 balls.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to eat.
* Get creative and use what you have! You can use one kind of seed instead of both, you can also substitute for dark chocolate chips, unsweetened coconut flakes or unsweetened raisins.
