Get Better Sleep With This Drink


Sleep is so essential to our wellbeing. But many nights I find it hard to get a good nights sleep, until I started using this amazing drink. And since I started using this, the quality of my sleep has significantly improved in just a few weeks.

It's really simple to prepare... Here's what you'll need:

A ripe organic banana with peel (it needs to be ripe, if it’s green it may make you constipated), 1 cup water and a small pot.

How to prepare: 1.Cut the ends of the banana with the peel on. Then cut it in half lengthwise.

2.Depending on the size I use 1/4 -1/2 a banana, place it in a pot with some water and let it boil for 10 minutes then let it steep for about 5 minutes.

Pour water through colander and into mug. Best to drink about one hour before bed.

The sleep magic is truly in the peel, I like to include the banana flesh for flavor but you can use only the peel if you want. Be sure to start slow, try 1/4 of a banana to start... too much magnesium may cause nausea, diarrhea, and other unpleasant side effects. So start slow and see how it feels!
