Amazingly Broiled Salmon


Salmon is one of my favorite foods… It’s packed with omega 3 fatty acids, protein and lots of vital nutrients. And the best part? It makes a filling meal in 10 minutes!

Lots of people I talk to love the idea of adding salmon to their meal repertoire but most aren’t exactly sure how to go about making in JUST 10 minutes... Faster than takeout!

Today I’m sharing my Amazingly Broiled Salmon recipe, showing you exactly how I perfect it every single time!

I’ve served this Amazingly Broiled Salmon on many occasions... friends, family, adults, kids…Everyone loves it! And when there’s leftovers we transform salads into meals or make awesome leftover lunch bowls. You really cannot go wrong!

Let’s talk ingredients... Do your best with what you have. But let me share what kind of ingredients you’d want to use to be the best bang of nutrients :

Wild caught salmon is the best way to go. Plus, it’s a great way to add omega-3 fats in your diet, improving everything from skin to brain health. Get it fresh or frozen. I like to keep the skin on and actually love eating it!
