2 pounds wild caught salmon fillet, skin on
Sea salt and pepper
(optional) Fresh or dried herbs like oregano or rosemary
Place salmon on a cast iron pan or foil lined baking sheet, skin side down.
Season with salt and pepper.
Broil on high 10 minutes or until golden. (ovens vary so check at 8 - 10 minutes )
