Cooking Time: 7-10 Minuters
1 lbs wild caught salmon, deboned and skinned
1/4 cup red onion
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 lime, juice
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 cup almond meal
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend for a few minutes.
Form into burgers and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cook for about 7-10 minutes, until fully cooked.
