Salmon Burgers

Cooking Time: 7-10 Minuters
Yields: 6


Ingredients
1 lbs wild caught salmon, deboned and skinned
1 egg 
1/4 cup red onion 
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 lime, juice 
1/4 cup flaxseed meal 
1/4 cup almond meal 


Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend for a few minutes. 

  2. Form into burgers and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  3. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, until fully cooked.
