A Simple Way To Elevate your health
We all know that we need to eat our veggies on a daily basis, but if you are like me, some days it’s just too hard to do! Can you relate? Do you ever find it challenging? Following are some tips on how to overcome our lack of motivation and accomplish our goals, is by adding a green juice to your day! Green juice is a great way to get an abundance of nutrients in one glass! Your body will get the nutrients it needs to remove toxins, boost weight loss, and help strengthen your immune system… all that minus the blood sugar spike that comes alongside most fruit juices.
Here's how it goes!
Don't worry you don't need any fancy equipment. If you don’t have access to a juicer, you can use a high-speed blender to blend and then strain the juice through cheesecloth or a kitchen towel and strainer. Throw in your celery or cucumber, and a little water. Blend until it becomes liquid. Add in the rest of your chopped fruits and veggies a little at a time, adding water as needed. Blend. Pour mixture into kitchen towel over a strainer, and squeeze out the liquid into a large bowl, leaving the pulp behind. Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy! Here’s my go to mix these day! 5 stalks celery 2 cucumbers 1 green apple 1 bunch kale 1 bunch parsley Juice of 1 lemon Juice of 1 lime 1/4 inch piece of ginger Drink up!
