Juicy Chicken 

Chicken is often described as dry or boring... Not after this recipe! Eating healthy doesn't need to be hard or flavorless....I'm all about easy, fast, nutritious meals especially during the week!

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken fillet

2 Tablespoons real food mayonnaise, get it here or make your own.  

Trader Joes Everything But The Bagel Seasoning, if you don't have a store near you you can get it here (Also, you can change things up and use any seasoning you like!) 


  1. Place chicken in a ziplock bag and add mayonnaise. Make sure all the chicken is covered with mayonnaise. You can marinate for a few hours or cook right away. 

  2. Preheat over to 450 F.

  3. Arrange chicken on a cast iron pan, allowing it to touch but not overlap. 

  4. Season chicken well on both sides.

  5. Bake for 18- 20  minutes or until throughly cooked or until they've reached an internal temp of 165. Cooking at high heat quickly crips up the outside of the chicken, which also locks in those juices and keeps the chicken perfectly juicy on the inside.  

  6. Remove the pan from the oven and loosely cover it with aluminum foil and let it rest for 5 minutes.
